About Lina
A Journey from Pain to Purpose
Hi, I’m Lina — a Lebanese-Canadian who left home at 18 in search of purpose and growth. My path has taken me from Canada to China, and finally to Dubai, which I now call home.
But the real journey began not with travel , but with transformation.
In the midst of a high-paced corporate life, I found myself in a city I loved, yet feeling deeply unfulfilled. It was during one of the hardest chapters of my life that I discovered Yoga and Meditation , not just as practices but as a sanctuary. A place I could come home to.
In 2014, I left my job, traveled to India, and spent a year living in an ashram, studying Hatha Yoga. That experience changed everything. When I returned to Dubai, I founded Yogi Truck, offering outdoor yoga and meditation across the city and supporting causes close to my heart , including an orphanage in Kenya.
Then, in 2017, I was diagnosed with cancer. That moment changed the direction of my purpose. I chose to specialize in teaching Yoga for Cancer Patients and began offering rehabilitation programs to support their emotional and psychological well-being. That same year, I led my first international retreat in Dharamsala, India — a full-circle moment I had once only dreamed about.
Shortly after becoming a mother, I faced another deep challenge: separation and divorce. Alone, in a country far from my family, I returned to my practices again — but this time, I added more. Kriya Yoga, cold plunges, Reiki, hypnotherapy and many other holistic healing practices — all became vital parts of my healing.
To stay grounded and grow through the storm, I enrolled in a Master’s program, and I now hold a Master’s degree in Psychology. That journey helped me integrate science with spirit, and deepened the way I support others.
Today, my work is rooted in everything I’ve lived, everything I’ve healed, and everything I continue to learn.
I support cancer patients on their healing journeys — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I guide mothers, helping them navigate the day-to-day with more presence, ease, and self-love.
And I offer Sound Healing experiences, where I’m often invited to lead workshops and retreats — creating sacred spaces for transformation and inner balance.
My Offerings aren’t just professional. They’re personal.
Because I’ve walked through pain… and I’ve come through softer, stronger, and more devoted to helping others heal — one breath, one step, one moment at a time.
